I am renting out this lovely sunny room in the heart of Kralingen in July. Rental period is from July 1st (or could start June 28) to July 31st. Distances: 2 minutes by foot to the Metro station Gerdesiaweg 7 minutes by bike or 5 by Metro to Blaak (City Center) 5 minutes by bike to Kralingse Bos (Big Lake with Restaurants and Beach) 7 minutes by bike to Erasmus University Practically the entire apartment is empty over the summer so there would be no other housemates. However, the other room of my roommate is technically rented (but will be empty).
