A unique piece of the Netherlands, the friendly and atmospheric medieval fortified town of Sluis is located right on the Belgian border in the far southwest of the Netherlands and attracts about 5 million visitors every year. The rich past, more than 150 shops, 45 restaurants and cafes within the city walls and on the waterfront provide an enormous attraction.
The shops and restaurants in Sluis are also open on Sundays and public holidays and attract a lot of buying tourism from Belgium and the surrounding area.

In the Plompe Toren, in the extension of the Oude Kerkstraat and adjacent to the Nieuwstraat, near the Molen van Sluis, there is this project land of approx. 650 m² with buildings to be demolished.
