\*\*GIRLS ONLY\*\* Fully furnished spacious room in apartment (on the first and second floor of the building) located in the residential part of the shopping street the Lusthofstraat. Room (private): -140x200bed -small couch -wardrobe -desk and chair -about 15m2 House (shared facilities): -kitchen (first floor) -toilet (first floor) -large bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks, washing machine and tumble dryer (second floor) -stairs The house has five rooms (private space of the tenants) and will only be rented to international students or young expats. The house is perfectly located between Erasmus University and Rotterdam city center. Within 10 minutes you’ll either be at Uni or in the city center (with public transport). When taking the bike it's only 5 minutes(!) to Erasmus and 15 to the center. The distances are even walkable. The neighborhood is one of the best of Rotterdam (heaps of students) and there’s lots of shops close by. When you’ll be attending Erasmus this truly is one of the best locations to be living! This room will have to be rented until the end July without the possibility to end it in between. When you decide to stay longer (after you've lived in the house for a couple of months and are happy there) we can extend the contract till the end of August / December 2023. A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in. Just to be sure: the monthly payment will be 665EUR per month (including the 125EUR monthly service costs (energy bill, internet, furnishing etc)
