One room is taken by a Dutch student (21) and the other 2 rooms are preferably rented out to foreign students. You share a big living, kitchen, large sunny balcony, the bathroom and a separate toilet. Utilities are not included. They will be calculated per month and the actual costs will be charged per following month. The average costs per summer month are around 30 euro, but in winter months, depending on the weather, can be around 150-180 euro. Making the average per semester: around 100 euro per month.
